10k run/40k cycle/5k run.
I finished 3rd in my age group but then I was bumped to 2nd when the winner was DQ for drafting (twice) and at the medal presentation I got gold as the new winner was not a member of the BTF.
Carl Ferri was in my age group as well, came 4th, got bumped to 3rd and got Silver. Well done Carl.
Hope that all makes sense.
Ive had better National Championship victories and am not over happy being crowned Nat Champ as I was really 2nd but guess I will have to live with it (for a year).

I missed the podium presentation as i thought i had got 4th in our AG,so i went home early but paul called me later to inform me that two guys in our AG got a DSQ for drafting on the bike and my name was called for the silver medal(actually turned out that one was DSQ and the other didn't register with the BTF so wasn't included for a medal-which seems unfair),but there you go!
Will put results up when i have time.
